Faerie Tale Theatre was a series, filmed in the '80s, of live action adaptations of fairy tales and other stories for kids. Francis Ford Coppola directed the episode "Rip Van Winkle", filmed in 1987. Glenn was listed as a cast member on IMDb, but with no info on the character.

You may laugh at how much I seem to talk about voices, but I seriously would not have recognized him if I hadn't recognised his voice.

Glenn plays a member of Hendrick Hudson's ghostly crew and is basically covered from head to toe in some major costuming and makeup.

The story begins with lazy Rip not getting much done in life and his wife haranguing him for it. Talia Shire played his wife, and seriously woman, stop shrieking. I kind of hoped Rip would kill her. A lot. Unfortunately that did not happen and she continued to shriek like a maniac the entire episode. Rip then wanders into the forest where he meets a member of Hendrick Hudson's ghostly crew. After imbibing a little with the men, Rip falls asleep and doesn't wake up until 20 years later. He then has to convince the townspeople he is who he claims.

Glenn's part isn't huge, but it's definitely a departure from everything else he's done.

Yep, that's a hell of a lot of costume and makeup right there lol. It was kind of a shame it was lit so darkly.
